Job summary

HDR is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary team efforts on transportation structures projects across locations. You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets while interfacing with clients, agencies, and HDR staff to deliver safe, sustainable, and-cost-effective bridge solutions.

Ideal candidates bring at least 7 years of project management experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 7 years of related experience and 2+ years in project management.
• Strong communication, organizational and team coordination skills.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
• Coordinate professional staff and balance the team throughout project development.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
• Coordinate workload and ensure documents are completed on schedule.
• Track financials and adjust work effort to meet schedule parameters.
