Smith Seckman Reid, Inc is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge design and construction documents from planning to completion. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure scope, budget, and schedule are met while advancing technical bridge engineering expertise.

The role emphasizes mentoring, cross-discipline collaboration, and driving successful outcomes for industrial and public sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET-accredited college with four years of relevant design/analysis experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in TN or ability to obtain within six months; or ten years of practical bridge project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge projects from planning through final construction documents.
• Define scope, budget and schedule with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and man-hour estimates for projects.
