Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design community outreach or similar role for infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; translate technical information into accessible messaging.
• Experience creating presentations, newsletters, and public outreach materials for communities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project updates, schedules, and design changes to community members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for public meetings and outreach events.
• Develop newsletters, email communications, and other public information materials.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Respond to community inquiries and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist with public engagement activities and documentation as needed.
