Consor is seeking a Bridge Design Project Manager to lead large bridge projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver federally funded transportation initiatives. You will manage staff and engage with clients, ensuring high quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, 8+ years of experience in transportation engineering, and strong communication skills. Hybrid/remote options are available for qualified roles, with a focus on advancing public infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience, with at least 2 years as Project Manager or Assistant PM on transportation projects.
• Must have PE license in good standing and be a strong communicator.
• Proactive, collaborative, team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and direct large, complex bridge projects.
• Deliver federally-funded projects for State and Local Agency clients.
• Serve as a staff/technical specialist applying advanced engineering concepts to solve problems.
• Direct the work of engineers and technicians; supervise staff engineers.
• Potentially serve as resident engineer or structure representative on construction projects.
• Build relationships with clients for future opportunities.
