Job summary
WSP USA is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, Senior Structural Engineer to join our Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team in New England, with offices in Boston, Worcester, Glastonbury, and Providence. This role combines leadership with hands-on inspection work on bridges, tunnels, and related structures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team on a variety of inspection projects.
- Lead as Team Leader on bridge, tunnel, and ancillary inspections.
- Perform professional structural engineering work and inspections.
- Assist in preparation of bridge & tunnel load ratings.
- Develop plans/sketches using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.
- Guide junior engineers and provide leadership within the team.
- Support project research, fieldwork, and preliminary design calculations.
- Assist with cost proposals and scopes; maintain project documentation.
- Stay current with latest structural engineering practices.
- Adhere to WSP Code of Conduct and safety policies.
- Travel as required by project needs.
