WSP USA is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, Senior Structural Engineer to join our Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team in New England, including Providence, RI. The role blends leadership with hands‑on engineering work on bridges, tunnels, and related structures.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Structural or Civil Engineering, and an Engineer in Training Certification (PE preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of bridge, tunnel or infrastructure inspection/design experience.
• Engineer in Training Certification (PE preferred).
• Proficient knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
• Willingness to travel and perform field work as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bridge & Infrastructure Inspections as Team Leader.
• Perform professional structural engineering work and inspections.
• Assist in development of bridge and tunnel load ratings.
• Assist with plans/sketches using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Support project documentation and cost proposals.
