WSP USA is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, Senior Structural Engineer to join our Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team in Pennsylvania. The role blends leadership with hands-on structural engineering and field inspections to support multiple projects across the region.

You will lead inspections, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to plans and cost proposals while advancing your career within a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• NCBI certification current.
• CBSI certification current.
• 5–10 years of experience in bridge, tunnel or ancillary inspection or design or other infrastructure related work.
• Engineer in Training Certification (PE Preferred).
• Proficient knowledge of structural engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and the application to project work-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bridge & Infrastructure inspections as a Team Leader.
• Perform professional structural engineering work and inspections.
• Develop plans/sketches using AutoCAD.
• Support cost proposals and scope of work documents.
• Provide guidance and training to entry-level engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
