Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader/Senior Structural Engineer in Pennsylvania. You will join the Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team with offices in Philadelphia, Exton, Ephrata, Mechanicsburg and Lawrenceville.

Lead inspections, perform structural engineering tasks, and train junior staff. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in related work, current NCBI and CBSI certifications, and a PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering or equivalent.
• Current NCBI and CBSI certifications or PennDOT equivalents.
• 5–10 years in bridge, tunnel or related infrastructure work.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team on inspection projects.
• Lead bridge, tunnel and ancillary inspections as Team Leader.
• Perform professional structural engineering work and inspections.
• Assist in preparation of Bridge & Tunnel Load Ratings.
• Assist with development of AutoCAD sketches and plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects.
