Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal category performance, including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal and Bridal storytelling execution.
• Build Team Capability through monthly coaching and observations.
• Deliver actionable feedback on education, emotion, and closing techniques.
