Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats, providing friendly, knowledgeable service and solving problems as part of the store team.

You will support stylists with gown fittings, manage alterations, steaming, pressing, and quality checks to ensure pristine delivery. A high school diploma and sewing experience are required, with retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, on the phone, and online with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Assist stylists with gowns, fittings, and alterations.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations room and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure pricing aligns with company standards.
• Resolve customer questions with product and service information.
• Support cash wrap and process transactions accurately.
• Build long-term relationships to drive loyalty.
