David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will greet customers, assist stylists, and manage alterations to ensure a flawless shopping experience.

Essentials include high school diploma, 1–2 years retail experience, and sewing proficiency. Prior POS experience is a plus as you support sales and customer service at the alterations counter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain five-star customer service.
• Assist with alterations, fittings and sewing to company standards.
• Consult with customers on gown fit and customization.
• Keep alterations room clean and organized.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap.
• Build long-term relationships to drive loyalty.
