Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will serve customers in person, over the phone, and virtually, providing expert tailoring guidance and superior service.

You will support stylists with gown fitting and customization, maintain a pristine alterations area, and help ensure accurate checkout and order processing while upholding dress code and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal or special occasion.
• Experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and promote alteration services.
• Assist stylists in advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain alterations room, ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Process transactions with accuracy and support five-star service.
• Resolve customer questions and build loyalty through service.
