David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to perform fittings and alterations to high standards and to contribute to a five-star customer experience in-store. You will work with stylists to ensure perfect gown fit and customization, while maintaining the alterations room and ensuring price accuracy.

The role supports the store team and upholds the David’s Bridal brand values. The position requires sewing experience, high school diploma, and retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm, over phone, chat or in person, and resolve issues with clear communication.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Maintain store standards and assist with alterations, fittings, and pricing.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support store performance.
• Partner with leadership to address customer concerns and suggest alteration options.
• Assist stylists in closing sales through gown fit consultations and customization.
