Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards and to support a five-star customer experience. You’ll work as part of the store team, assisting stylists and customers with gown fitting, customization, and alteration services.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing alteration workflows, maintaining room standards, and ensuring accurate pricing and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior sewing experience preferred within bridal or specialty environments.
• 1-2 years of retail experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and communicate clearly in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Manage alterations processes, fittings, and garment inspections to standards.
• Provide exceptional service and support to stylists and customers.
• Maintain dressing room and alteration areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with pricing, inventory, and store operations as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company guidelines.
