David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards while delivering superior customer service. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats and work with stylists to ensure perfect gown fits.

Responsibilities include managing alterations, sewing, steaming, and quality checks, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a clean, organized alterations room in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Sewing experience required, preferably bridal or alterations.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with friendly enthusiasm and deliver five-star service.
• Assist stylists by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure garment quality before delivery.
• Manage alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, and pressing per standards.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and follow company guidelines.
