David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards and deliver superior customer service. You will be part of the store team, showing friendly, knowledgeable, and technical expertise while supporting dress alterations, tailoring, and customization options.

The role involves assisting stylists in closing sales, maintaining the alterations room, and ensuring garments meet quality standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, communicates clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customers by problem solving.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Maintain alterations room to support a flawless shopping experience and ensure cleanliness.
• Inspect garments altered/steamed/pressed to verify pristine condition before final delivery to customer.
• Resolve customer service issues in a swift and effective manner that complies with company guidelines.
