David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high brand standards, delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and technical service. You will work with the alterations team to promote services and ensure customer satisfaction during in-store, phone, and virtual interactions.

The role emphasizes sewing, alterations, and garment care with a focus on five-star service, teamwork, and showroom readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail apparel experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required in bridal and/or alterations.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, on the phone, or virtually.
• Assist customers with gown fitting, alterations, and customization options.
• Provide five-star service and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
• Maintain alterations room cleanliness and monitor quality of finished garments.
• Assist stylists in closing sales and uphold brand standards.
