David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist in Omaha to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, delivering exceptional customer service. This role reports to the Store Manager and is part of the store team, upholding the David’s Bridal brand values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal or special occasion production.
• Prior experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Perform alterations, fittings, steaming, and garment care to company standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain the alterations room and ensure quality control of garments before delivery.
• Communicate alteration options and personalization with customers to enhance events.
