Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail apparel experience.
• Prior sewing experience, preferably bridal/special occasion.
• Prior experience with computerized POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via online channels.
• Assist with alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming and pricing.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and ensure quality control of garments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support store sales activities.
