David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings to high standards and deliver exceptional customer service. You will interact with customers, assist stylists, and ensure alterations meet our quality and timing expectations.

The role emphasizes sewing, steaming, and alterations management in a fast-paced bridal retail setting, with a friendly team and strong service culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, clear communication in person, over the phone, and online.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain store standards and alterations room to ensure pristine delivery.
• Assist stylists with gown fit and customization and close sales when possible.
• Keep pricing aligned with company standards and support service goals.
