Job summary

The North American Breweries, Inc. is seeking a Brewing Supervisor in Rochester, NY to oversee and direct brewing operations across one of three shifts in a 24-hour plant.

You will manage cold-side planning, coordinate production, mentor staff, schedule filtration runs, and ensure raw materials are available while equipment runs correctly. Responsibilities include safety and GMP compliance, maintaining inventory, analyzing production data, and driving KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brewing operations.
• High school level math, science, and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP standards are met.
• Plan and coordinate day-to-day brewing production activities.
• Supervise and coach operators and technicians on the brewing process.
• Schedule filtration runs and adapt schedules to changing production needs.
• Maintain ingredient inventory and monitor incoming materials.
• Monitor beer inventory and ensure accurate production reporting.
• Analyze production data to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Oversee cleaning programs and enforce PPE requirements.
• Lead maintenance scheduling and troubleshooting efforts.
• Assist with labor scheduling and overtime approvals.
• Participate in beer innovation and integrate new products into control systems.
