Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in brewing operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and safety standards.
• Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day brewing production activities.
• Supervise operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Schedule filtration runs and coordinate raw materials inventory.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP standards are met.
• Write and update SOPs for brewing processes.
