Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking Lead Production staff to assist the Bottle Shop Production Manager and Supervisors in training new employees and ensuring plant processes meet productivity goals. These are 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising, scheduling, coordinating with departments, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bottle Shop Production Manager and Supervisors in training new employees.
• Ensure plant processes in assigned area meet productivity goals.
• Manage, train and schedule production team for assigned shifts.
• Coordinate with departments to develop procedures affecting production and continuously improve processes.
• Perform duties to maintain safety and cleanliness and comply with audit requirements.
