Qualifications

• Associates degree or brewing studies preferred; will consider related experience.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills required.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office; MS Excel proficiency.
• Prior experience coaching and mentoring frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to meet filtration and brewing schedule requirements.
• Ensure safety protocols, GMPs, PPE adherence, and quality/TTB compliance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and manage shift data entry.
• Conduct shift hand-offs and coach operators for safety and growth.
• Assist with inventory, internal audits (GMP/HACCP/Safety) and product changes.
