Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a Lead Production Supervisor to guide temporary staff at the St. Cloud site and ensure processes meet safety, quality and productivity goals.

You will train and lead a diverse crew on a 12-hour night shift (6p–6a) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, aiming to minimize downtime and maintain GMP compliance while documenting activities and communicating across teams.

Qualifications

• Reading English to interpret SOPs and safety rules.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment quickly.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor quality.
• Lead and direct temporary workers and communicate with all teams.
• Strong communication with all levels of staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety rules and GMPs.
• Monitors activities in area of responsibility during shift.
• Trains and leads, and communicates effectively with coworkers.
• Works to minimize downtime.
• Ensures product specifications are met.
• Assists in documenting and recording area activities.
• Performs tests on product and processes.
• Maintains inventory levels and notifies warehouse when low.
• Keeps sanitation records and chemical concentrations.
• Supports continuous process improvement.
