Qualifications

• Ability to do hard physical labor.
• Weekend, evening and holiday work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns tasks to meet production goals.
• Trains and coaches staff to ensure performance.
• Maintains barns and equipment; manages feed inventory.
• Records production data and department records.
• Performs euthanasia and other animal care tasks per SOP.
