Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for breast device products in a remote role focused on candidates in the St. Louis, Missouri area.

The role requires hospital/OR experience, plastics surgery knowledge, and ability to travel extensively while building relationships with surgeons and hospital teams. You will plan territory sales strategies, manage logistics, and collaborate with marketing to ensure effective surgeon engagement and education programs

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales in hospital/OR settings.
• Plastics surgery knowledge preferred.
• Credentialed to work in OR settings and assist surgeries.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales quotas for all products.
• Build relationships with hospital staff and surgeons.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategy to drive revenue.
• Manage territory logistics: inventory, samples, VAC approvals, AR tasks, FLASH, and Salesforce.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership for surgeon engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends to improve sales execution.
• Educate surgeons on technique considerations and device differentiation.
