Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver's License preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and cleanliness; ensure proper storage.
• Control inventory to meet food cost variance standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of GM/Sr GM.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and reports maintained.
