Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during the breakfast shift.
• Assist in achieving breakfast sales growth while upholding quality and cleanliness.
• Manage the breakfast shift per company standards and schedule staff.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Train and develop crew; interview and hire qualified staff when needed.
• Lead meetings and ensure safety, security, and compliance.
• Support lunch shift if business needs require.
