Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Manage breakfast equipment and ensure cleaning and proper storage of utensils.
• Provide coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Assist with scheduling staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager; assist in interviewing and hiring.
