Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to meet physical demands.
• At least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift and meet company standards.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness to drive breakfast sales.
• Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and assist with hiring.
• Coach and discipline staff as warranted, conduct team meetings.
• Ensure cash procedures and inventory controls are followed.
