The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of shift management experience, be able to coach and develop crew, and manage labor and cash procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be able to lead, coach, and train crew members.
• Strong guest service and teamwork attitude required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift to meet company standards.

• Assist with hiring and onboarding of team members.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to procedures.
