Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and station areas are clean and prepared.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost control.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures, safety and training.
• Maintain inventories and ensure product availability for breakfast service.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain records.
