Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed by hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble after service.
• Keep the breakfast area well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from tables and service areas.
• Receive beverage orders and relay to the kitchen as needed.
• Assist guests and vendors with information and directions.
