Island Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee the hotel’s breakfast service, ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality. This role serves as the personal representative of the hotel, delivering a great first impression with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble it thereafter
• Keep the breakfast service space well-stocked at all times
• Clear cutlery and crockery from customers' tables
• Receive beverage orders and direct them to the kitchen as needed
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
• Ensure a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards
