Job summary

ZMC Hotels, LLC is seeking friendly and organized staff for our hotel breakfast service. You will prep food, clean, restock, and warmly greet guests during a 6am shift. After breakfast service, ensure areas are cleaned and garbage is removed.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent guest experiences, teamwork, and providing helpful information about breakfast options to guests. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Thorough knowledge of guest service and guest satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and lead colleagues.
• Basic computational ability and numerical literacy.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features and services.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge arriving guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Identify guest needs and assist to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Promote and educate guests on breakfast options per brand standards.
