Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Breakfast Attendant to prep food, clean, restock, and greet guests during the early shift beginning around 5 am.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with breakfast service, and ensure guests have a friendly, efficient start to their day, while following brand standards and safety procedures. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Must possess thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features/services.
• Aim for high guest satisfaction and monitor satisfaction scores.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Be aware of guests’ needs and assist to provide a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on breakfast options per brand standards.
