Job summary

The Big Biscuit in Prairie Village, KS is hiring exceptional people to join our management team. We’re seeking leaders who excel in guest service, quality, and a fast-paced breakfast environment with a daytime schedule (6:30–2:30).

You’ll oversee front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, mentor staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance, and drive performance across our growing family of 32 locations across KS, MO, AR and OK.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Execute opening and closing procedures per company standards.
• Ensure food quality, ticket times, and service flow meet brand expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste control.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members.
• Provide performance feedback and uphold policies.
• Manage labor deployment and staffing levels.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented culture.
