Job summary

The Big Biscuit is seeking a capable restaurant leader to join our management team in Missouri. This full‑time role oversees daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, implements opening and closing procedures, and ensures service quality and brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, manage schedules, and monitor KPIs in a fast‑paced environment. Local food handlers certification is a plus, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Organized, reliable, and committed to operational excellence.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Local food handlers and ServSafe certifications is a plus!
• Weekends and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
• Execute opening and closing procedures according to company standards
• Ensure food quality, ticket times, and service flow meet brand expectations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and waste control
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
• Provide performance feedback and uphold company policies
• Manage labor deployment and staffing levels
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, cash handling, and deposits
• Monitor KPIs and help identify opportunities for improvement
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented culture

What You'll Be Doing:

Physical & Lifting Requirements

• Ability to navigate a busy dining room and kitchen safely
