The Big Biscuit is hiring for a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations in Topeka, KS. You will oversee opening/closing, ensure food quality and service flow, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Execute opening and closing procedures per standards.
• Ensure food quality, ticket times, and service flow meet brand expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste control.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members.
• Provide performance feedback and uphold policies.
• Manage labor deployment and staffing levels.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
