Job summary

The Big Biscuit is hiring for a full-time management role to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations across a fast-paced, high-volume breakfast and lunch environment. You will drive opening/closing procedures, maintain service quality, and guide team members through coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of leadership in a restaurant setting, strong communication, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Organized, reliable, and committed to operational excellence.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Local food handlers and ServSafe certifications is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Execute opening and closing procedures according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, ticket times, and service flow meet brand expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and waste control.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members.
• Provide performance feedback and uphold company policies.
• Manage labor deployment and staffing levels.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, cash handling, and deposits.
• Monitor KPIs and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented culture.
