Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s to supervise the breakfast shift, maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and focus on profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead and coach the crew, schedule staff, monitor food safety, manage equipment, and control labor and food costs in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Values teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and ensure proper cleaning and storage.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and control food costs to meet standards; manage cash procedures.
