Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s. You will supervise the breakfast shift, ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while leading a motivated team.

You will train staff, schedule shifts, control inventory, and uphold company standards. Must be 18+, 1 year shift management, and able to pass background checks. Competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role.

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the restaurant during the breakfast shift.
• Assist in achieving breakfast sales growth through maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and ensure cleanliness and proper storage.
• Coach and discipline crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings on procedures, safety, training, and promotions.
• Control inventory and labor to meet food cost and standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow; manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Assist with hiring in compliance with regulations.
