Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for our Hardee’s brand in the United States. You will supervise the breakfast shift, uphold quality, service and cleanliness, and drive profitability while coaching and leading crew members.

Ideal candidates will have shift management experience, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to train and develop staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the restaurant during the breakfast shift.
• Assist in achieving breakfast sales growth through maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure all breakfast equipment and breakfast production area are cleaned and maintained.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted and assist with crew duties.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variance for breakfast items.
• Maintain reports and records compliant with regulations.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
