Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an energetic Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to oversee breakfast operations, ensure quality and safety, and drive sales growth.

You will lead a team, coach crew members, and maintain equipment and inventory to support a fast-paced breakfast program. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to standards, and collaboration with management to deliver guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent with 1 year of shift management experience.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift and ensure operations meet company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment cleanliness and proper use of breakfast production areas.
• Coach and discipline crew as warranted; conduct crew meetings as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, manage labor costs, and control inventory to meet food cost variances.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and maintain financial records per policy.
