Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and production areas are clean and maintained.
• Coach and develop crew; schedule staff to meet guest flow.
• Conduct crew meetings on procedures, safety, and training.
• Control inventory and food cost variance for breakfast items.
• Maintain records and reports per company standards and regulations.
• Manage cash procedures and protect company assets.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
• Support Sr./GM in lunch shift when needed.
