Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a kitchen team member for the Hilton Airport Atlanta. Prepare food of consistent quality, assist in kitchen functions, and follow recipes and standards to support smooth service.

You will date and rotate perishables, check stock levels, maintain buffet items, and help control food costs and waste. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts in a busy hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to grasp, lift and carry up to 100 lbs on a continuous schedule.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.
• Follow recipe cards and production standards, per server checks.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep temperatures in range.
• Check pars for shift use and plan preparation.
• Assist in keeping buffet stocked and return unused items to storage.
