Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe is seeking a General Manager for the Wellington location to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee training, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards while driving sales and controlling costs.

The role requires at least two years of management experience in a full-service or fast casual setting, strong math skills, and the ability to work long hours. This franchise location prioritizes guest service and team development.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Able to communicate and understand the predominant language of the restaurant's trading area.
• Three years of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management experience in full service or fast casual restaurants.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Stand for long periods (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds; stamina to work 50–60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure guests receive responsive, friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards.
• Schedule labor to meet activity while controlling labor costs.
• Develop and carry out marketing and promotional activities for the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations.
