Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in restaurant assistant management or equivalent supervisory role.
• Food Safety Manager certification preferred.
• State Alcohol certifications required.
• Experience with guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in guest satisfaction, sales, profitability.
• Ensure exceptional guest and team member experience on every shift.
• Train and mentor team members to meet brand standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluations of hourly staff.
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to recipes, portions, and presentation.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Review financial data and take actions to achieve profit targets.
• Perform cash handling, reconciliation, and daily deposits as required.
• Oversee receiving processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Provide leadership during peak periods and support hourly team members.
