Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Tucker, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage sales, costs and staff performance at the Tucker location.

You will train and motivate teams, ensure food quality and safety, manage schedules, controls, and inventory, and uphold franchise policies while maintaining a welcoming dining environment for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in fast casual or full-service operations preferred.
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Keke's must be your primary place of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve sales, costs, and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Ensure guests receive welcome, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Maintain food quality and portioning according to recipes and standards.
• Schedule staff to cover anticipated activity while meeting labor cost targets.
• Handle cash and receipts following restaurant policies and procedures.
• Develop staff through ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
